The Resilience Circle™ — Group Coaching & Support

Healing doesn’t have to be lonely.  The Resilience Circle™ is a small-group coaching program designed for women who want guidance, accountability, and community without the intensity (or investment) of private 1:1 coaching. Together, we’ll move through the same low-carb → ketosis → resilience framework, with extra focus on real-life application, encouragement, and consistency.

Rooted Resilience™ — 12 Weeks of 1:1 Coaching

Who it’s for:
Women 40+ experiencing escalating memory issues, fatigue, mood swings, poor sleep, or “normal labs” that don’t match how bad they feel — and who want a structured, non-dogmatic plan.

How it works (3 phases):​

Phase 1 — Stabilize (Weeks 1–4): Low-carb nutrition, nervous-system safety, light/sleep hygiene.
Phase 2 — Rebuild (Weeks 5–8): Transition into ketosis to support clearer thinking and steadier energy; protect progress with boundaries.
Phase 3 — Resilience (Weeks 9–12): Practice metabolic flexibility (if desired), deepen quantum habits, and lock in your long-term plan.
