Coaching Consultation

This free strategy session is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we can talk about what’s going on and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
 

There’s no obligation and no sales pitch — just a chance to ask questions, share what you’ve been struggling with, and get a sense of how I work.
 

During our conversation, we may talk about:

  • what you’re currently dealing with

  • what you’ve tried before

  • what feels confusing, overwhelming, or frustrating

  • what kind of support would actually be helpful
     

This isn’t about being “fixed” or told what to do.  It’s about clarity, understanding, and seeing whether this approach feels supportive to you.
 

If we both feel it makes sense to move forward, we can talk about next steps.
If not, that’s completely okay too.

4-Week Coaching —

Supportive, Focused Guidance

If we decide to work together, the 4-week coaching option is a gentle, structured place to begin — or to focus on a specific season of support.

This is designed for people who want guidance and clarity, but don’t want rigid rules, pressure, or long-term commitments right away.

Over four weeks, we’ll focus on:

  • understanding what’s actually going on for you

  • simplifying nutrition and lifestyle choices

  • reducing overwhelm from conflicting advice

  • building confidence in decisions that feel realistic and sustainable

 

This isn’t about perfection or “doing it right.”  It’s about learning what works, adjusting as needed, and having support while you do.  Some people use four weeks to get oriented, while others return to it after longer support as a way to refocus or recalibrate.

 

By the end of four weeks, you’ll have:

  • more clarity and confidence around your next steps

  • a better sense of what your body responds to

  • the experience of coaching, without pressure to continue

 

Some people find that four weeks is enough. Others choose to continue, shift, or return to shorter support as their needs change.

12-Week Coaching —

Continued Support

$899.00

Some people find that four weeks gives them exactly what they’re looking for.

Others discover that having more time and continued guidance feels supportive.

The 12-week coaching option is for those who want ongoing support and more room to explore, adjust, and refine what we’re working on — without rushing the process.

This option allows us to:

  • build on what you’ve already learned

  • respond to changes as they come up

  • move at a pace that feels realistic and sustainable

  • address longer-standing patterns with steadiness and care

 

There’s no expectation that everyone should choose this option.  It’s simply available if continued support feels helpful.
 

Some people begin with the 4-week option, while others prefer to start with 12 weeks. Either way, support can be adjusted over time, based on what feels most helpful.
